"Breathe To Feel" is a breathwork and Karuna Reiki remote session live on zoom that focuses on embodiment and utilizes active Pranayama Breathwork techniques. The session begins by creating a sacred space and incorporates tapping and a body scan. The practice starts with the four-fold breath to ease into the active Breathwork. The active breathwork has a direct impact on the astral body by transforming dense mental energy and activating the fire within to calm the overactivity of the mind and balance excessive air element energy. After Breathwork we will then move into a receptive state for Reiki healing. The deadline to sign up for the session is 6:30 EST and the session starts promptly at 8pm EST . Latecomers will not be admitted to preserve the container, but they will receive a recording of the session. To prepare for the session, participants are advised to set up a sacred space with a candle or incense. You should also be camera-ready and have a mat, blanket, stones to hold, and an optional eye pillow. It is recommended to have water close by during the session. The Zoom link for the event is emailed to participants two hours before the session.
